Very good. It is far better than other competing flower delivery service such as a certain F*rEastFl**a. I particularly liked the preview of the flowers before they are picked up for delivery. I was also automatically informed of the statuses of pickup, collection, delivery and receipt at every stage. I did not have to chase for the statuses. I regret not switching over sooner.
