Angelica was understanding and sensitive towards my request for an urgent wreath. She was also proactive and helpful in offering alternative options, and checked on availability and delivery extremely quickly. My friend was able to receive the beautifully arranged wreath in no time for the wake. Much appreciated to Angelica and the rest of the Xpressflowers team for fulfilling this so quickly, despite my order coinciding with the busy CNY and V Day periods.
