Aloysius here, it has never happen before but maybe its the busiest period a day before Valentine Day and probably there were many orders coming in.
I ordered and paid for a banquet of tulips (10 stalks) to be delivered to my home. When i reached home was surprised to find that there were only 9 stalks of tulips in there.
I have called the hotline and was told to refund 10% of what i have paid , and will received a $20 cafe voucher. (Still waiting for the email pf voucher)
