Your customer service staff Angelica was very helpful. I have asked to be shown the end product and the card before the delivery. I spotted a missing red round fan. The advertisement showed 2 fans but my arrangement only has one. Angelica assisted to check and the missing round fan was inserted into the flower arrangement.
There must have been many orders since it is CNY. I was glad it was rectified before delivery. Its great that Angelica responded to my whatsapp very promptly. When i called your company, someone answers the phone. I am impressed with your company's service because CNY is a very busy time.
