The website suddenly down when i wanted to submit my order, so when the website is up and i submitted successful order, i received a whatsapp that they did not receive my order which i thought is a scam sms. Luckily the customer service called me and i know that the 1st order went through but no payment is made and 2nd order was successfully placed. This is not a very good experience for 1st time buyer from xpressflower like me.
Other than that, the flowers looks great and hopefully the delivery will be on time too, thanks.
