Best thing is the same day delivery if the order is in by 3pm. Good is the notification of each step done for delivery and after delivery, plus friendly staff on the hotline. Improvements needed: list of hospitals must be current; my delivery order did not have a signature of receipt with the date and time indicated; in the website it would help customers if there was a section of all same day delivery arrangements so that no time is wasted.
