This order is made at the Westgate branch. The flower is not fresh and withered. I went to the shop and asked to assemble a Lily bouquet, but pointed out specifically not to include that withered flower in the bouquet.
I understand that my order is placed last minute for next day delivery. But using withered flowers is not acceptable.
