My special requests were followed perfectly. Lai was incredibly helpful and patient in attending to my needs, even responding to my late-night inquiries. I also appreciated Rachel’s updates via email, including the pictures of the bouquet before delivery. The entire transaction was quick and easy, and the online pictures accurately represented the actual bouquet. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely order again.
