1. Was easy to place order online.
2. Called the hotline to make some changes to the congratulatory words. Hotline was responsive and easy to communicate and done within mins. Delivery and changes were correct as per requested.
3. Flowers were delivered as per expected timing
4. However, the roses were not freshest. A bit disappointed.
