Issue was not dealt with. Maybe one way is to have better protection when it comes to grab delivery

Changed it back to 1 star because
- shop outlet at northpoint confirmed that they used caspia.
Please google what this caspia smell like.
And only then, the outlet changed the bouquet using baby breath - which smells nicer
