I have already communicated the issues with Mariane , customer service supervisor on 20 Jul 2020.
Main issues are
1) website that was no longer in use,
2) wrong description of items on website resulting in ‘wrong items” being ordered and delivered
3) the process of having to discover each issue at my end
Something is just not right
