Staff in the shop on side for the purchase very friendly and helpful
Day of delivery a bit worrisome, because the colour of the roses of the bouquet looked different from what I chose in the shop (maybe because of the picture/camera?),
and it looked on the picture also as if there were a “hole” in one side of the bouquet (but could be also just on picture but in real fine)
The staff member that was assisting me, Lai, was also very patient and friendly. But in the 2nd picture the colour looks still different.
And another bit of a turn down is when an email states the item(s) will be delivered “very soon”, but it still took almost 3hrs from then. Well, 3hrs are not considered as “very soon“, though.
That’s why it is a “good” but not “excellent”.
