I was pretty disappointed and upset about the customer service that called me to confirm my online order. Her customer service was awfully bad.
While I was planning to logde a complaint, Yi Fen from Sengkang branch called. She helped to confirm the details and explained to me on the customer service that called me. Overall, flower is received in good condition and Yi Fen from Sengkang branch is friendly and helpful.
