Received a flower dome as my birthday gift on 16Aug20. The second time when i took out the flower dome the heart shaped on the top was already dropped off, poor quality of the glass dome. Called and emailed xpressflowers on 22Aug, my call and request was attended promptly. Xpressflower replaced the flower dome and delivered to me on the next day. Good customer service.
