At Tampines Mall outlet, 3 staff were serving 1 customer. I stood at the social distance line marker at the entrance for about 10 minutes while 1 staff was wrapping flowers for customer, 1 was waiting for payment and 1 was doing something at the computer. Once the customer before me left, the staff wrapping the flowers attended to me and found out what I required must be done online and politely passed me over to the staff on computer who seemed to have some difficulty entering my details in the order website. I was disappointed to find I cannot specify delivery times but have to choose between 1pm-5.59pm or after 6pm blocks, as I will have to find ways to keep the recipient at the delivery venue for 5 hours. The delivery itself was good as they kept me updated via phone calls and emails.
