The customer service is awesome!! We had David R. work with our ID card project.
The only downside is that the card you design on the website, does not transfer to the company's software that prints the ID card. The design is off scale and sometimes, the fonts you chose may not transfer correctly.
Nonetheless, David worked with all our edits and requests. He was patient, responsive and supper helpful!
