“I love the fact that his company had enough integrity to tell me I didn't have to pay shipping twice. Most people would not even say anything so they refunded me my money and I greatly appreciated that also to get a proof in an email so you know what you're getting ahead of time is really a huge Plus. “Excellent website, tools and templates allows creativity and a better looking ID badge. I had questions during the process; called help desk and got my question answered in a professional and courteous manner. PDF proof needed tweaking and was quickly fixed. ID badge looks great. I'll be buying from them again. Full 5 stars on all levels.”
