“My experience with Xpeessid was actually better then I expected. So 4 stars for a couple reasons that I ran into. Personally to me the website was a bit hard to navigate sometimes if I wanted to edit or what the final product was going to look like etc. Although a employee in no time got back to me and was there with speedy respond time to help me with anything I needed and cleared up any questions I had. The second negative is that when my ids arrived one had scratches on the front and one with finger prints.....If I’m buying something new it shouldn’t be scratched up. Other then that my time working with Xpressid was pretty smooth they have templates and if u want to creat your own u can which is what I did. It is really easy to create your own and I already did and will keep recommending Xpressid.”

“Great quality with several flexible options. Only complaint is the duplicate project doesn't seem to work, so each card needs to be started from scratch.”

“The customer service is awesome!! We had David R. work with our ID card project. The only downside is that the card you design on the website, does not transfer to the company's software that prints the ID card. The design is off scale and sometimes, the fonts you chose may not transfer correctly. Nonetheless, David worked with all our edits and requests. He was patient, responsive and supper helpful!”

“My proof had an error that they gladly fixed for free, and the final print did turn out nicely just like you would imagine for a plastic ID. The only odd thing was that my holder and lanyard came in a goldish bronze color instead of the silver plastic showing online. I did not try to ask for a silver one to replace it since it did not matter for our use.”
