I bought a headunit for my car, which I love!
I also got one for my partners car and it wasn't meeting my expectations, things didn't work as they should.
However, after speaking to customer services, they allowed me to send the item back for a full refund.
Very happy with their level of customer service, will be purchasing from them again!
