“I received the package in good condition. I was curious and excited to install the new car radio, so I went ahead and did it — successfully! The installation went smoothly, connecting all the cables and connectors was easy, and everything works perfectly, including the reversing camera. I’m very satisfied, thank you! “Buying from Xtrons was super fast and their service was great. However, shipping with DHL is a nightmare—the initial tracking stated 5 to 6 days, but it is now taking over two full weeks to arrive. Great seller, but the long shipping time is awful 😤Had I known the delivery would take this long, I would have visited a local dealer in my city and installed an alternative instead.”

“Sehr gutes Upgrade für meinen SLK R171. Der Einbau braucht etwas Geduld, aber wenn alles angeschlossen ist, wirkt das Gerät richtig stimmig. Der Klang hat mich echt positiv überrascht, selbst mit den Grundeinstellungen klingt es richtig rund. Die Bedienung ist modern, das Display macht was her und insgesamt wirkt der Innenraum damit deutlich aufgewertet. Für mich ein echtes Upgrade mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.Zur Langzeitnutzung kann ich noch nichts sagen, aber der erste Eindruck ist durchweg positiv.”

“Absolutely fantastic head unit came on time , I plumbed it in myself had some issues but got onto technical support and they sent out the correct harness to fix the issue and had a few thing's I had to check with them and they were polite , helpful and I couldn’t say a bad thing about Gabby or Stella who helped me and as a company I’ll be back to do repeat business”

“Paid £450 for xtrons system for my bmw and it is not 100 percent compatible as my obd code reader can not now communicate with head unit . Very poor after sales advice and no resolution . Would not buy again complete waste of money”
