Despite the cost and buyer beware these to not come with a wirring diagram, so unless you know 100% what you are doing they will end up in the box like mine as know one wants to touch them. Very poor for the money.

Head unit did not meet expectations. UI terrible. Many features didn't work, including reversing sensor. Had to buy an additional wiring harness (not specified on purchase) to actually get the unit to work.

The screen size is small, then actual 14 inch size. For me, it was not good choice to buy.

Order head unit and camera, camera was wrong, support was useless, so sent both back, shame because I liked the head unit, but couldn't get any useful help from xtrons support team.

I’ve attempted to get after sales assistance since my purchase in march and no contact other than this review can be made. Therefore here’s my review I’ve no idea how good the equipment is because to date I cannot get the unit working and no one from this company seems to be bothered to answer my request for assistance. On the face of it everything seems to look perfect until you discover nothing is compatible with your vehicle. My advice is don’t buy from this company.

Ordered IE72MTV specifically for Skoda Octavia 2012, from website with DAB radio option, unit arrived very quickly with car specific wiring. Had to utilise the internet after hours of searching to find how to fit as no instructions were supplied with the unit or DAB. Installation went well but a lengthy process to fit all the aerials without instructions. Unit looks great, but trim around not supplied or explained on the Xtrons website. After an additional payment, the facia arrived after a couple of days and looks good when fitted. Operational manual supplied is woefully poor to explain the operation of the unit and accessories. I am still researching on the internet to enable the phone, Sat Nav and other functions to get the best out of the product. The customer experience would be enhanced significantly, by providing generic fitting, unit setup and getting the best out of your purchase videos.

HI! The unit should be installed by professional as per warranty terms :) anyway, dont worry about it. your warranty will still be in tact. The unit has wiring diagram available online, or upon request, also, we have official installation group on facebook if you need any help with the installation. Going to return one I bought for S3 8p,has alot of static noise is terrible,tryed different leads nothing worked,so much for plug and play, it's a shame as the unit itself seemed good just the static noise let's it down,mines has Bose system in it,sad as was looking forward to having more modern head unit Message them on website not anything back so returning it

I purchased a TSD700L from Xtrons in 2021 and installed it in my Land Rover Defender. The reverse camera and dash-cam work great, and the audio quality through my cheap speakers is good. BUT THE RADIO WILL NOT STAY TUNED. Using my wing-mounted aerial for FM reception, the unit will not stay on the frequency for a station more than a few minutes, before it seeks another frequency. Just last week I got a Xtrons RANT01 windscreen mounted aerial hoping it would be more compatible but that does not seem to have improved things. It seems that either the quality is not what I hoped for, or I have a defective product

Firstly does not fit the adapter they recommended for my transit custom , support is awfull don't get reply to questions dab dongle does to work apps just close at times, software is clunky and have to repeat steps , expected more from one of there premium units , I actually went with xtrons over cheaper units because they stated they had good support

Normally it takes only a few hours. Sometimes during busy hours, it may take longer, but it is not expected to take over 24 hours. We have checked all our email systems, however, we didn't find the email with the questions about DAB. I am afraid maybe the email is lost or mis-delivered. Please don't worry, we are here to help. In this case, would you mind trying again to send a new email and provide more details about the case you enounctered about the DAB dongle step by step? It would be better if you could take some pictures. Once we get the info, we will have our experts to study it carefully and provide a good solution as soon as possible. Sorry again for the inconvenience and we really appreciate your kind understanding and giving us the chance to help you fix the case.

Not a happy customer due to the fact that the installation instructions could do with a update the ones that you downloaded also it doesn't line up with the holes in the centre console Watched a few you tube videos and it makes more sense than your instructions Still not fitted it still in box awaiting for your technical support to answer my questions
