“The information on line was helpful in making my decision to buy a stereo replacement for my Skoda Yeti. The purchase was very easy and the delivery service was first rate. I did not like the fact that you can only contact Xtrons via messaging. There was no telephone number to contact the company. I did message Xtrons with a query and received a response within a day. I'm an older person and not comfortable using messages rather than speaking to a person on the phone. The product I bought has been fitted and installed for me by an auto electrician and seems very good. It was only installed yesterday so I'm still in the process of setting it up. I recommend trying to do as much research as you can before buying from Xtrons to make sure you buy the right components. I am satisfied with my purchase and would consider buying from Xtrons again.”

“Sehr gutes Upgrade für meinen SLK R171. Der Einbau braucht etwas Geduld, aber wenn alles angeschlossen ist, wirkt das Gerät richtig stimmig. Der Klang hat mich echt positiv überrascht, selbst mit den Grundeinstellungen klingt es richtig rund. Die Bedienung ist modern, das Display macht was her und insgesamt wirkt der Innenraum damit deutlich aufgewertet. Für mich ein echtes Upgrade mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.Zur Langzeitnutzung kann ich noch nichts sagen, aber der erste Eindruck ist durchweg positiv.”

“I have had an Xtrons head unit for the last 7 years. I have recently upgraded to a newer model and am pleased to say that they are still good value and reasonably well featured for the price point. Aftersales support is also very good.”

“I am very disappointed with my experience. I received a defective unit, and the customer service team's response time and frequency of communication were both frustratingly slow. I expected much better support for a product like this. It took much effort to get the RMA process going - it was a week of back and forth to finally get a return address. Plus the package mysterously dissappeared after a signature required confirmation and I was forced to start the long process of claim/tracking on my own. After another week, the package miraculously appeared and the credit was issued and replacement finally sent.”

“in short , the OBD item does indee wok but only when using a cell phone. I purchased the item witht the intention of pairing it against my XTRONS Android head unit . However despite many attempts itm fails to connect even after it has been found after scanning. Looking at some videos it suggests changing PIn in head unt to ether 0000 or 1234 , this has been done but still no pairing . The head unit also does not allow pairing devices in android settings so at a loss how this OBD would ever connect . Overall the unit both are good quality however shame I cant use both OBD and head unit to their full potential”

“I bought an android unit for BMW e39, the delivery ws very quick and it looks and works well with the exception of DSP (sounds issue). When I contacted Xtrons prior to buying, they assured my the unit IQ7439BL would work with the DSP, but the sound disappedred after 30 seconds (very well known issue with android units). They insisted t that it is only a minor issue that is not worth a return, but I did not think so. it would be an improvement is Xtrons did not overpromise, particularly in the light of the fact that it is a known issue with their units.”

Hi there, All XTRONS units don’t come with a fitting manual as they are different for all cars - these are to be fitted by a trained car mechanic or professional. There is a wiring diagram on the top of the unit, you can also refer to it. Best regards Stella
