“This unit (the VW/Skoda/Seat | Android / iPhone | Octa Core | 2GB DDR4 RAM & 32GB ROM | IE92MTVL) was bought for me last Christmas and has been installed since January 2024. It took some figuring out with YouTube videos and additional help from the Xtrons team but after a couple of tweaks to the cabling, I finally got there. I'm very pleased with the quality of the unit and on the whole, its functionality. The graphics are crystal clear and the touch screen is very responsive. I have a couple of niggles such as not having the full functionality of Waze (e.g., share drive) and the DAB connected by USB being poor quality despite using the car's built in antenna connection but hey, I can live with these. The Xtrons unit is good value for money, has performed well over the past six months, and importantly, after sales customer service has been good and prompt. I am happy to recommend this unit.”

“Fantastic product. Works exactly as I wanted and installation wasn't too difficult although more instructions wouldn't hurt.
Unfortunately had to spend an extra £30 on impedance converters as they weren't included with the package.
The unit arrived less than 24hrs after the order was placed which was excellent, and so too did the impedance converters.
Would have been 5 stars if not for the need for the extra item.”

“Good product, shame about the poor documentation. Also, the website says "support will be direct with the XTRONS team in the UK" it's not, tech support is in Hong Kong so there is an 8 hour time difference.”

Only improvement would be full vehicle specific fitting instructions for vehicle as not included with product.”
“Customer service brilliant, always answered my questions within a couple of days which is good as they are on "Hong Kong" time. Product shipped promptly. Main problem with the product is it does not have any fitting instructions. The cables are labelled but there are multiple cables with the same labelling, for example, there are 3 x “Aux in L” and 3 x “Aux in R” and no information to where they connect so it ends up “trial and error” In total there are 38 individual cables so its quite a job. I downloaded a photo from a chap on the internet which gave more clues to where they connect to which helped.”
“Very nice quality radio! The shipping was bad: no packaging material was used at all and the boxes could fly around in the shipment box. Luckily there was no damage.”
