I brought a head unit for my focus st 2016 unfortunately the hazzard button didn't work they sent me out a replacement which was all good the only problem was I had to pay the auto election to fit it then take it out then fit it again due to a faulty product but the customer service was good and did communicate with me

Delivery was fast and finding the right screen for my model was easy. However, when it comes to installation I was missing vital screws but these were promptly sent out to me after a short conversation via email. The installation process is itself is from my experience extremely difficult and very confusing to someone with little knowledge of cars or electronics. Many of the steps shown in the picture instructions do not apply to my model and some steps seem to be missing. It has taken around 3 days of pulling my hair out to get it to a stage where I am almost finished. However, tucking the wires away and screwing on the new fascia seem to be a whole process in itself. I have bought a screen previously that was a our job and very simple. However, the one bought this time. I wish I had spent the money to get somebody to do it for me

The product arrived as described but without any technical information, not possible to identify the pin out connections without the details, contected them through their web site but still no response.

The item purchased is Audi TT | Android / iPhone | Octa Core | 4GB RAM & 64GB ROM | Global 4G LTE | Automotive-grade Hardware | IA72ATTS SKU: IA72ATTS Unfortunately I have no radio signal and the volume is really low. Instructions would be useful. I hope tech support can sort this otherwise I will be sending it back for a refund.

First of all i miss a installation guide for the Radio.. so much wires, i needed a lot of time to find everything right. Furthermore it says on the Website i would need a special type of extension cable for my BMW e39.. i bought‘em both, and they‘re not that what i need, so i have to search for the right one.. So actually i coudn‘t test the radio and so on, but i hope this will be worth the waiting

Receiving the stereo was 5 star Payed extra to get the adapters the day after due to net being told I’d need them, didn’t turn up next day, £8.99 I payed too, couldn’t get in touch with anyone from the Xtrons distribution centre in the UK (if there is one) and UPS the delivery firm didn’t want to entertain me… was UPS’ fault as they didn’t put it on the van…

I bought a stereo facia for a Tragic van, it's good enough if a little flimsy but no different to the other brands which were twice the price.

I received my unit it was working in my car then i came back a few hours later and the touch screen no longer works i can only operate it with my phone via carplay

You can't get out of YouTube, it freezes every time. You have to remove the battery cap to restart. :(

I like the unit well packaged and presented the instructions are good I’ve had a couple of issues I can’t have my phone connected by Bluetooth and WiFi at the same time I have to turn one of them off to use the other plus I can’t get mirroring on my iPhone to work I tried contacting tech support but didn’t receive a reply

The unit itself is great and the delivery was fast. However I am distinctly unimpressed that neither of the two leads included worked correctly with my car speakers. I've had to pay £30 for another lead for my Audi A3 with the non-Bose soundsystem to get my back speakers to work correctly. There are some garbled instructions online indicating that this is a known issue. The quadlock to ISO lead included is not fit for purpose

Not a good experience. On the face if it a lovely head unit, in reality it doesn't fit very well sits too high, and bottom bracket not even included or holes to attatch the original. Cannot get the rear camera to work, and now find there is another wiring loom, not listed anywhere on the website possibly needed at a further cost of £60 what is this all about?

Extremely miss leading. Half the features don't even work. The product I purchased was QPB8260CCP at £569. But is it a good quality screen and shipping was quick. Its good enough that I'm not sending it back. But! ,I wouldn't have brought it if I knew what I do now. Also extremely hard to fit the extra wiring in an e90. Had to cut in the inside of my dashboard out to fit it, but that not xtrons fault. It's my own. Overall 6.5/10

And we have texted it too on all our listed models. We'd really want to find out what casue the case "features don't even work" and avoid it in future. Would you mind telling us more details of the your car such as the year, selling region and the detailed errors you encountered with the car stereo by my email long-james@xtrons.co.uk? It would be better if you take some pictures or record a short video. Once we get the info, we will have our experts to try to create a similar environment to test it carefully. The head unit is really nice and good quality, I also purchased a usb dab which is faulty and I cannot get hold of anyone about replacing it, just be aware that if you have an issue you may be stuck with it, I’ve been trying for a week

The units are good but I think they should be sold with DAB dongle. All of the new models are capable of receiving it.
