“Before spending lots of money on a new head unit, I emailed Xtrons with a few queries. Gabby was quick to respond and was very helpful. Finally got round to purchasing a new head for Audi TT mk2. Had a few issues while setting up, Gabby was very helpful once again & sent me an adaptor for better radio signal. One of main reason I went with Xtrons was for the customer service, there may be cheap ones out there but you won't get the customer support like you do with Xtrons.”

“Delivery was fast and finding the right screen for my model was easy. However, when it comes to installation I was missing vital screws but these were promptly sent out to me after a short conversation via email. The installation process is itself is from my experience extremely difficult and very confusing to someone with little knowledge of cars or electronics. Many of the steps shown in the picture instructions do not apply to my model and some steps seem to be missing. It has taken around 3 days of pulling my hair out to get it to a stage where I am almost finished. However, tucking the wires away and screwing on the new fascia seem to be a whole process in itself. I have bought a screen previously that was a our job and very simple. However, the one bought this time. I wish I had spent the money to get somebody to do it for me”

“Product arrived quickly, every as described. Unit fitted perfectly with no modification needed. Contacted customer support by email as a couple of issues- Bose amplifier was picking up alot of electrical interference and radio antenna adapter cable was reducing radio input signal too much - prompt response from Stella. New amplified antenna cable sent and arrived next day. Turns out my Bose system works just fine directly off the OEM, so didn't need to install the Bose amplifier! All issues resolved and very very happy with the service and after purchase support. Thank you!”

“This unit (the VW/Skoda/Seat | Android / iPhone | Octa Core | 2GB DDR4 RAM & 32GB ROM | IE92MTVL) was bought for me last Christmas and has been installed since January 2024. It took some figuring out with YouTube videos and additional help from the Xtrons team but after a couple of tweaks to the cabling, I finally got there. I'm very pleased with the quality of the unit and on the whole, its functionality. The graphics are crystal clear and the touch screen is very responsive. I have a couple of niggles such as not having the full functionality of Waze (e.g., share drive) and the DAB connected by USB being poor quality despite using the car's built in antenna connection but hey, I can live with these. The Xtrons unit is good value for money, has performed well over the past six months, and importantly, after sales customer service has been good and prompt. I am happy to recommend this unit.”

“I have had a very good experience with Xtrons UK, prior to the purchase of a 19.5inch car roof mounted player to replace and older version in my Mercedes Viano. I received it via DHL in record time and it looks very nice. I have as yet not istalled it, but I don't envisage any problems, I would review once installed with pleasure. “Looks great in the TT MK1 consles that I make and is fast and customisable. Excellent customer service although a little slow if you have a problem they will try to sort it you. Also if you are on facebook you can join the XTRONS Community, Product & Installation Advice - Official and they will also try to help. I did have a problem but we came to an agreement that suited both parties.”
