“Order & delivery went very well. Unfortunatly the correct adapters are not coming with the radio, so I was not able to install it.”

Hi there Based on the vehicle info,there is a 12 pin blue connector in the dash,the extra iso adapter BMWDSP01 is needed.You can refer to the important note we mentioned in the descrption before you make the order. “Fast delivery of product from amazon order (headunit) and wire loom canbus from xtrons site .just flummoxed as to why the very same unit was £30 cheaper on xtrons site .bit disappointed to pay the extra ..but as a product its excellent and also found it very easy to install .also have had a few small app install problems but am currently getting g help from the very responsive help and support service provided”

“Customer support was impeccable,i did purchase an incorrect cable,i was contacted immediately and asked if i would like the correct item dispached,items arrived and installed flawlessly,only a reboot was required to initialise the sim card i installed,that was as complicated as it got,true plug and play. Thank you Stella for your help and to the wider Xtrons team 10/10 Jason”

“I bought from you in November last year & I love how it works, the full 9 inch screen after having watched Westland autos fit one on their you tube channel. The screen failed two weeks ago but having contacted xtrons and sending the failed unit a brand new one was sent out immediately. Can't ask for better service. Thank you”

“CD player does not read the disc so no information on screen apart from track 1,2 etc. I have been in touch with Xtron customer service but no response to this issue. Also poor fit in dash.”

“Delivery was super fast allowing me to get everything up together ready for installation. I had a number of emails from them checking compatibility for items I was purchasing. Excellent service. My only criticisms would be that there is no installation instructions (although available from the website) in the box and even though I am aware of what I have purchased the items have zero description telling you what they are. Overall I can't fault the customer service, I will definitely be buying from them again in the future when upgrading my other cars”

Hi there, All XTRONS units don’t come with a fitting manual as they are different for all cars - these are to be fitted by a trained car mechanic or professional. There is a wiring diagram on the top of the unit, you can also refer to it. Best regards Stella

“We had tried a cheaper version from eBay and unfortunately you get what you pay for. We were recommended to use a grind by our auto-electrician. Ordered on Saturday evening and arrived on Wednesday to Northern Ireland. Impressive delivery time. System worked straight away and has changed the dynamics of my son’s Fiat 500. A great screen and operating programme.”

“Pre-purchase advice from "Stella" was very much appreciated. Very helpful in deciding which head unit model and what other parts were needed for fitment to my 2002 Rover 75, including rear view camera and digital colour TV. “Perfect timing for a review! I received my EXL05 cable last week and after establishing it was the incorrect cable I wanted to take advantage of the 30 day return or exchange offer that xtrons have. I’ve emailed 3 times now requesting communication and received absolutely nothing in response! This delay has put my project back severely and has caused me to have to put my car back together again! To say I’m disappointed is an understatement and I’m just glad I only bought a cable and not a head unit too. This failure to respond has resulted in me having to commence a chargeback via my credit card company. Disgusting customer service and I will never use you again. Ben Smith”

“I have purchased xtrons head unit and front/rear cam, i had a missing part of my rear cam which is one sided (MISSING SCREW). I contact xtrons and they responded with 24hrs. They really care about their customers. I highly recommend this company as my top customer service and they quality of their products. Keep it up xtrons.”
