“I bought an XTRONS unit for my daughter’s Fiat 500. It was simple to install although no thanks to the instructions - there aren’t any! Luckily helpful souls have made YT videos and this was all I needed. The hardest bit of the installation was pushing the unit into the dashboard. The unit itself works brilliantly and I am super impressed. The only minor criticism is why don’t you included the unit removal keys in the kit? I had to go out and find them which was a pain - given you provide everything else it’s a bit odd really and they are just two bits of bent wire.”

“This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with since I started ordering online. I've sent emails asking to return the product; they say I have 30 days to do so, but only seven days have passed for me. They aren't responding to my emails asking to return the product because it isn't compatible with mine. I've never seen anything like this. In any case, I'm going to take legal action through the German consumer protection agency.”

“Xtrons Germany ist sehr verwirrend. Es steckt keinesfalls ein deutsches Unternehmen dahinter. Die Firma wirbt mit Kundenservice und Qualität. Beides ist mehr als ungenügend. Ich bin seit fast einer Woche dabei den defekt gelieferten Artikel zurückzusenden. Trotz mehrmaligen Nachrichten auf mehreren Sprachen und an mehreren Mailadressen gibt es keinerlei Reaktion. Ich werde morgen Abend eine ausführliche, schlechte Bewertung mit Fotos auf Google und anderen Plattformen öffentlich Posten.”

“I bought the VW/Skoda/Seat 9" Android Head Unit Car Stereo Apple CarPlay & Android Auto | IXA94MTVL unit for my 2014 VW Caddy Life. Fitting was so easy once I had watched a YouTube video on how to install. Refitting the ACP took around 30 mins, would probably be quicker now I know how. As for the product, sound quality (obviously depending on your speakers) was amazing, responsive touch screen to navigate all apps and connected in seconds. Would highly recommend if you want to bring an old system up to date.”
