“Great service - Ordered an adapter cable (VW-PQ/ISO-MQB Quadlock) and customer service contacted me to say they were waiting for a delivery from CN that should arrive soon. Next day I was alerted and the cable was delivered by next day courier the day after. Not much of a delay from expected time and kept informed. Price was good and the cable itself is better than any other I have had before - Extra USB Power wiring and a Fakra-USB adapter were included in the package so my previously non working car USB socket now works a treat. Many thanks for great service.”

“While I brought the item off you I did ask 3 weeks ago would I need said item, you never replied. Then said item turned up looking worst for wear.poor customer service.”

“Really impressed with this unit. From order to delivery took 2 days which is awesome. Other than needing to oder another lead to connect the power supply it was straightforward to fit. The fit is superb & snug with the original fascia. Well done guys, I love it”

“I brought a head unit for my focus st 2016 unfortunately the hazzard button didn't work they sent me out a replacement which was all good the only problem was I had to pay the auto election to fit it then take it out then fit it again due to a faulty product but the customer service was good and did communicate with me”
