“First of all i miss a installation guide for the Radio.. so much wires, i needed a lot of time to find everything right. Furthermore it says on the Website i would need a special type of extension cable for my BMW e39.. i bought‘em both, and they‘re not that what i need, so i have to search for the right one.. So actually i coudn‘t test the radio and so on, but i hope this will be worth the waiting”

“Fantastic unit. Great interactive screen and surprised me with the response rate to the brain of it. May be a bit pricier than some others although completely worth every last penny in comparison to a previous head unit I got for the car which had faults and slower response time. This is the second Xtrons in our house now snd previous one fitted in a Ford focus roughly 6 years ago and still works a treat.”

“Fantastic product. Works exactly as I wanted and installation wasn't too difficult although more instructions wouldn't hurt. Unfortunately had to spend an extra £30 on impedance converters as they weren't included with the package. The unit arrived less than 24hrs after the order was placed which was excellent, and so too did the impedance converters. Would have been 5 stars if not for the need for the extra item.”

“Schnelle Lieferung. Aber eigentlich sollte man die primäre Ausstattung eines Radios mit DAB+ ohne Aufpreis und Zusatzdongle heutzutage erwarten können!!!! Ich hätte das Radio so nie gekauft, war aber leider schon eingebaut”

“Ordered this online and was contacted by XTRONS the following day asking for further details of the car to ensure proper fit so they could code / supply the correct cables, whilst I didn't have a photo of the back of my existing head unit, I took photos, supplied VIN etc and the unit was deliver just a couple of days later, came well boxed and protected. XTRONS were helpful and responsive too. I didn't order the backup cam, although would maybe like to do so in the future.”

“Sadly both drop down DVD players were faulty having the same issue of not being able to grip a disc properly and just spinning freely. Customer service was ok but several days delay in responses.”

However, after speaking to customer services, they allowed me to send the item back for a full refund. Very happy with their level of customer service, will be purchasing from them again!”
