Great product. Good support. Had a faulty usb cable. Send a picture of the faulty cable. They send a new one as replacement.

I dropped my TIQ722L head unit and damaged the screen, I contacted Xtrons enquiring about having it repaired they surprised me by replacing the faulty unit for new. Very happy customer.

PURCHASED A CAR RADIO WHICH WAS DELIVERED BY UPS WHO LEFT MY ORDER ON THE FLOOR OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY IN PLAIN SIGHT OF A BUSY ROAD. THE RESULT WAS THE ITEM WAS STOLEN. I AM IN DISCUSSION WITH THE SELLER AND PAYPAL TO GET A REFUND GARBAGE SERVICE!!!

Item ordered, delivered, installed all great, but the unit froze and stopped working on my first drive out, contacted xtrons via email to explain the situation and a refund issued after they had my order back. Great customer communication from them, overall a good experience even though the unit failed. It happens.

Purchased android screen and MOST adapter for my lexus that was supposed to fit my car, but none of the wiring fits, trying to return it, but can't get an answer from Xtrons. Very disappointed with the misleading information and very poor customer service

I like the unit well packaged and presented the instructions are good I’ve had a couple of issues I can’t have my phone connected by Bluetooth and WiFi at the same time I have to turn one of them off to use the other plus I can’t get mirroring on my iPhone to work I tried contacting tech support but didn’t receive a reply

1st class service all round, was told delivery would be a few days late due to no stock and if I was happy to wait or wanted to cancel, I said I would wait, delivery was on the day they said, after fitting I found out I had ordered the wrong connector, after asking what connector I needed I was pointed to the right one, just waiting for that on to be delivered.

Xtrons head unit is the perfect upgrade to the Hyundai ix35, fully featured and everything works and fits perfectly. The only issue I had was there were no instructions for wiring and installation which would have saved a lot of time. The Xtrons customer service was great and I was kept informed throughout the processing and delivery phase. I would recommend xtrons head units over other branded or used originals any day!

Going to return one I bought for S3 8p,has alot of static noise is terrible,tryed different leads nothing worked,so much for plug and play, it's a shame as the unit itself seemed good just the static noise let's it down,mines has Bose system in it,sad as was looking forward to having more modern head unit Message them on website not anything back so returning it

Xtrons service was excellent, Customer service was prompt in answering email questions and kept me informed from start to finish. The goods were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The staff at Xtrons were courteous and friendly. And everyone was eager to help

I bought a headunit from these people and then I wanted to ask some questions about the unit and fitting? I sent several emails with no answer or acknowledgement what so ever! I think I should return the unit if I cannot get any sort of after sales service! this is appalling behaviour and not the way to treat a new customer! Looks like you're on your own with this company - don't expect any help or support! Bad news! BMW E39 model, Taylor made for E39 version and it doesn't appear to work anyway- what a joke!
