Ordered this online and was contacted by XTRONS the following day asking for further details of the car to ensure proper fit so they could code / supply the correct cables, whilst I didn't have a photo of the back of my existing head unit, I took photos, supplied VIN etc and the unit was deliver just a couple of days later, came well boxed and protected. XTRONS were helpful and responsive too. I didn't order the backup cam, although would maybe like to do so in the future.
