Before spending lots of money on a new head unit, I emailed Xtrons with a few queries. Gabby was quick to respond and was very helpful. Finally got round to purchasing a new head for Audi TT mk2. Had a few issues while setting up, Gabby was very helpful once again & sent me an adaptor for better radio signal. One of main reason I went with Xtrons was for the customer service, there may be cheap ones out there but you won't get the customer support like you do with Xtrons.
