Downloads videos that I want to keep that may be deleted by youtube posters, or youtube itself. I only use this for personal/research purposes. It allows me to save videos for later proof and for research references. I use this application frequently and have not encountered any problems using it. It certainly works well for my purposes, and I don't have any need to find an alternative. I'm happy with it
