I just ordered an Ultimate Torpedo Zipline today. We had to have it shipped to Alaska and we needed it in a short amount of time. Tyler was over the top helpful in getting us the special shipping information we required and never dropped the ball. This same product was available at many sites, but by far we got the best deal and best customer service across the board. Will report on product quality when item arrives. I highly recommend yard outlet.
