First all, the sales/initial contact people are great to work with and quick to respond! Jan & Tyler in particular. My only issue was I didn't receive my tracking numbers until I contacted YO twice, and then to find out the product didn't ship when my order was placed, but nearly a week later.
My order is scheduled for delivery today with an initial order of nearly two weeks ago. That's the only reason I didn't rate YO higher.
