I was not sure what the part I needed was called. But with a lengthy discussion of the part and location, the gentleman that handled my problem was able to call me back the very next morning with the name of the part and price. We closed the deal and the part arrived today. It was exactly what I needed.
You should have BIG plans for this young man. He is definitely management material. You could start with a little raise.
