Yard performed very well. Good pricing to start with which meant I selected them to supply two new Velux roof windows for an extension and also a repair glass for a broken existing one in another property. A telephone call from them to follow up, confirming the online order and giving delivery dates. They updated the delivery information when ther carrier (chosen by Velux, not Yard) delayed the delivery a day. All the communciation by phone and email was prompt and courteous.
