“The ordering process was quick and easy. James at Yard Ltd was very helpful. Worth noting that you can’t choose date and time of delivery. You receive an update from courier advising of the date, and delivery will be anytime from 8am to 6pm. They didn’t deliver on the date they gave, the courier delivered the day after. I realise issues with couriers are not the fault of Yard Ltd but frustrating nonetheless. I would have given 5 stars if not for delivery delay.”

“I’m so pleased I bought my Velux windows and roller shutters from the Yard . The Customer service I received was world class , with James helping and guiding me through the process of ordering. This company is 110% customer focused always on hand to help .I can’t express how helpful James has been , I needed to change the delivery date a few days before the planned delivery date and this wasn’t a problem. James and his team are amazing, I’m so grateful for the service I received and will be purchasing again. Once my Velux windows have been installed and the extension is completed I will update this review with photos . Thank you James and the team for the best service I’ve received whilst going through a stressful time trying to organise my house extension.”

“Great company to deal with, I've been in the trade over 30 years, I messed up on a order once a asked for the wrong flashing kits, I realised once it came, I was wrong, I contacted Yard and they totally took control of my error and exchanged them. Nothing was a problem to them.”
