“The ordering process was quick and easy. James at Yard Ltd was very helpful. Worth noting that you can’t choose date and time of delivery. You receive an update from courier advising of the date, and delivery will be anytime from 8am to 6pm. They didn’t deliver on the date they gave, the courier delivered the day after. I realise issues with couriers are not the fault of Yard Ltd but frustrating nonetheless. I would have given 5 stars if not for delivery delay.”

Hi Karen, I'm delighted to hear about your positive experience with us despite the delay in your delivery, it does occasionally happen that they can deliver on a different date than specified however they should usually contact you if this is the case, in this case it looks like they haven't so I apologise. “I bought a new motor for a Velux solar powered window and they're not cheap. Yard Direct were the cheapest by some distance but this didn't detract from the service. Good communication and over delivered in terms of the initial delivery date. Would use them again (I have 5 other similar Velux windows!!)”

“Cheaper price. Slowest postage”

VELUX ships these items from France why results in a lead time of around 7-10 working days. This is a standard shipment for VELUX accessories.
