After seeing so many negative reviews of miss-selling. I think I know what the problem is.
The telesales staff at Yell are under enormous pressure to secure £700-800 worth of business a day...A DAY!
The enormous pressure of keeping your job will lead them to cut corners to ensure a sale and meet their KPIs.. This is not their fault but rather management not selling using a consultative approach.
