I’d like to express concern about the poor response rate. I had to follow up several times just to get a reply. This made things more stressful than expected. I hope this helps improve customer service. Thankfully, RESORUS helped solve the issue fully.

I’d been stuck in a dead end with an online trading platform—nothing was working, and I was beyond frustrated. As a small business owner, I signed up for a Yell.com package that was advertised to include a fully built and functioning website within 7 days, plus advertising, support calls, and maintenance. My primary reason for signing up was the website. After 40+ days, no website was delivered, despite multiple follow-ups. The onboarding process was never completed, and I received none of the promised support calls or maintenance. I was instead pushed to downgrade my package and offered a partial refund that didn’t reflect what I actually paid for or what was delivered. To make matters worse, Yell used a tracking phone number on my Google Business listing without clearly explaining the impact. This redirected organic customer calls (which I built up myself) and presented them as results from Yell’s advertising—skewing the performance data they now use to justify not issuing a refund. Despite cancelling the contract, Yell has refused to issue a refund, even though the main service I paid for was never provided. I’ve since escalated this to consumer authorities and plan to pursue a small claims court action if needed. I would strongly advise any small business to be cautious before signing up with Yell. Review all terms carefully and make sure what you are paying for is itemised and guaranteed.
