“Signing up with Yell has been the biggest mistake in my 20+ years of business. I’ve been paying £120 a month for 7 months, and not a single genuine customer has contacted me. All I’ve received are endless calls from marketing companies trying to sell me something, and advertisers getting my number from Yell.
They promised exposure to 60 million visitors and painted a glowing picture of how Yell would help my business. It’s all lies. This platform has delivered zero results and only frustration. When I asked to cancel, they refused, hiding behind their 12-month contract.

My company has invested £750 a month to generate leads and sales with zero results, and I mean zero! not one single phonecall or email through the Yell campaign.
I identified an issue after a few months that the Yell campaigns simply weren't working and was ignored by my account manager, nothing was done, not even a reply to my emails.
Finally after getting a new account manager and being made another load of promises and offered more solutions 'free of charge' unbelievably the campaign became less visible with less clicks than before.
I am approaching the end of a 12 month contract and out of pocket to the tune of £9000. An extortionate amount of money for a small company to lose.
Yell have seriously compromised my companies future and maybe have made the lose money difficult to recover from. A scandalous company. Nothing short of daylight robbery. Wish I had the means to take them to court

“I wouldn't touch Yell with anyone else's bargepole any more. Just an awful company. Simple entry level ads package direct debits failed on month 3( not through our fault, there has always been a significant positive balance on this account).
Three months went by ( with no leads from Yell) and no comms at all that we were in arrears with them. Sent to collections and an additional £40 fee.
Go elsewhere .. Anywhere else other than Yell.com”

We have spoken to Yell regarding our conversely throughout the contract for them to say it all takes time for the profile to attract customers and generate leads which they contradicted themselves when selling us the package when we spoke about leaving they assured us we owed them the full amount or court action will be taken
