They came out and checked my glazing, checked the argon between panes with a meter, and concluded the problem was simply lack of air circulation because windows were not opened periodically, because of the recent adverse weather. Why do you not tell people it is a business to business contract so you CAN NOT cancel without paying 80 percent of yearly fee or being sent to MoorCroft Debt Collection? Are you trying to undermine UK businesses as Yell is trying to find a buyer in the UK.
Hi John. The simple answer is yes. After an onboarding call is completed and the contract is signed, the information is passed on to an external copywriting team based in India. This is then passed back to the agent in the UK who presents the customer with the finished article.
