DO NOT USE YELL to design a website! As a customer of ten years I asked yell to design me a new website back in February, I sent a 7 page document of how I wanted it to look, all of the copy, 115 images etc and had an hour long chat with the designer about what I wanted. What they put together was beyond terrible! Looked like it had been designed by a child in the 90’s on a commodore Amiga! They ignored everything I asked for, used terrible stock images, got the copy wrong, addresses, phone number etc were wrong and it honestly looked awful, I wish I could add the link so you could see what they class as acceptable! I complained and basically had no response for a week, so took to wix to design my own. I then asked Yell if they could transfer the one I’d designed over to them and once again was ignored! It’s now June, I am fighting for a full refund! I’ve asked 5 times for their official complaints process and just been referred to the yell chat every time.. but yell chat never resolve the issue. Been waiting 3 weeks for a response from a manager who I chase every few days! I have now had 49 contacts with them via phone and email (I’ve kept a record to escalate this to the ombudsman) and still just get ignored. Don’t use yell for your website, my experience start to finish could not have been worse and they honestly could not care less
