I wouldn't touch Yell with anyone else's bargepole any more. Just an awful company. Simple entry level ads package direct debits failed on month 3( not through our fault, there has always been a significant positive balance on this account).
Three months went by ( with no leads from Yell) and no comms at all that we were in arrears with them. Sent to collections and an additional £40 fee.
Go elsewhere .. Anywhere else other than Yell.com
