As far as a website is concerned, they provide a very expensive service for very poor results. Next, when it comes to termination Yell makes all kinds of difficulties to prevent you from leaving. No response to emails, no acknowledgment of registered letters, etc. I am afraid that I will need the assistance of a solicitor to terminate all my contracts with them although the initial twelve months period is over. This company is a dreadful nightmare!
