Dreadful customer service. Very difficult to cancel a 6 month contract and then I discover there's an "underspend" on my PPC account so these pointless and poorly targeted ads for my business are still being pumped out wasting money which could be, and believe rightly should be, returned to me. I will never use this company for anything again.
