Yell tell you everything to get you signed up like “we are number 1”. “We will get you noticed online”.
Yet if you read the T and Cs. They cannot promise anything which is the total opposite to the sales pitch and if it doesn’t work you still have to pay anyway. I have been waiting for over a week for the investigation team to listen to a call where I feel I was miss lead into not seeing the T and Cs until I had signed the dotted line which meant 1 hour after signing up and reading the term I wasn’t allowed to cancel due to no cooling off period.
