Can you please explain to me why you insist on being an absolute shambles of a company?!
Not once since I was a customer did I receive any sort of adequate service from you, being over the phone or your so called reps. So obviously cancelled my advertising, which I had to do twice!! And now over 2 months later your sending me threatening emails out of the blue demanding money, threatening debt recovery services and cancelling a product that is cancelled!!
Sort this out as well as your company!
