I wanted to cancel my advertising after a 12 month campaign due to poor results. Let me give this very simple warning:
THIS COMPANY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO LEAVE EVEN WHEN OUT OF CONTRACT AND WILL KEEP CHARGING YOU FOR ADVERTS YOU NO LONGER WANT.
It took weeks of trying, promised call backs, promised emails, promised cancellations, and still nothing. They deny having taken any of these calls or cancellation requests and keep on charging. Shocking and will never ever use again.
