So, I had a very unpleasant experience with Yell staff, especially with their sales guys (yes Phil, it's about you). They are a pack of lying experts and no more. I signed a contract with them, they said I can cancel any time, just to find out later that there is "an 80% cancellation fee" which is not in the contract, but in their T&C.
Not to mention that I had 0% website traffic from them (according to google analytics), 0 calls, and therefore 0 orders, but paid my monthly fee regularly.
